Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
During sales or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days across India. Exact timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. If any charge applies to a specific product or offer, it will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and pin codes. Availability is shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
